Anolon Advanced Home Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying/Saute/All Purpose Pan with Lid and Helper Handle, 12 Inch, Moonstone Dark Gray

This is second time I bought but this time is very disappointed. There are two very obvious bumps

Analon is my preferred "budget friendly" cookware. It is a little pricier than the lower end pots and pans, but not as expensive as the high end ones. The first one I bought was used (but looked new) at a thrift store. I now own many pieces that I buy separately as they go on sale. I have bought them directly from Analon and also Macy's, JCPenney, and Amazon and have seen no difference in quality. It is truly non-stick and holds up well as long as you use silicone utensils and non-abrasive cleaners /sponges. It is also very sturdy and not flimsy. I hand wash all my cookware, and these are this is so easy to clean, whether you use oil/spray when cooking or not. I just rinse, use a soft scrub brush and hot water, and it is good as new. I have cooked eggs, pasta with sauce, udon stir fry, vegetables, and meats in this with no issues. I hate to admit that I accidentally left an empty Analon non-stick frying pan on the stove with the burner on for about 20 minutes after cooking with it (with a light but of oil) and it wasn't damaged. I don't recommend trying that though!! Food does stick around the rivets in the pan, so that can be a little frustrating and harder to clean. I have only tried this version of Analon pans, and I highly recommend them. I do put pan protectors between my stacked pots and pans, so that helps as well.

Good pot and reasonable priced. Not sticky for a long time. Love it.

My husband brought the one pan. I wished he had purchased the entire set. Perhaps he will, but I do hope that will be soon.

Had a similar pan for many years and it was a workhorse. This one is even better. Food doesn’t stick, easy cleanup. Pan isn’t too heavy plus the assist handle is a big plus. Cover fits good and insulated handle makes removal safe and easy. I am pleased with my purchase.
