I use this to open all my packages

I like this cardboard cutter. It does not cut as fast or as smoothly as a normal box cutter, but it gets the job done. It has a serrated blade. It feels safer to use and less likely to accidentally cut hands or fingers. I mainly use it for opening letters and boxes, and it works well for that. It is not as good for thin cardboard because it does not make the cleanest cuts. This version comes with a nice cover for safer storage, and I like the bright orange colour because it stands out, making it easy to find and less likely to disappear in a drawer. Overall, I am happy with it. It feels sturdy and I will likely buy another one when this one needs replacing or if I decide I need a spare.

Very useful for breaking down cardboard boxes, especially as the cutter is much safer to use than box cutters. It is a little slower, but well worth it as a trade off.

This is great value. I'm glad I didn't buy one of those electric cardboard cutters because this does the job just fine. I used it on thick cardboard and the cutting action was easier than the act of propping up the massive box my mattress came in. It's about 5 mm thick, double thickness corrugated cardboard.

I'm a librarian and I have to cut a lot of cardboard to make things for children's programming. This tool has been a great help and is much better than the knife I previously used for doing detailed work/curves/tight corners. If you're crafting with cardboard, this tool might be a great help!
