Burt's Bees100% Natural Eye Shadow Palette with 3 Shades,Powder

I love Burt's Bees but this arrived with broken eye shadows. It was wrapped in very thin bubble wrap & in an extra large envelope that it must have bounced around in. I can't review the product itself because I had to return it.

Yeah... when you don’t use any bubble wrapping or protective packaging, eyeshadow breaks.I ordered this and a foundation from the same brand, (along with some other things in the same package) while the foundation was wrapped nicely with a thick layer of bubble wrap, the eyeshadow was left to just tumble around in the box. Not cool.I was able to salvage most of it, but I still have a few qualms; the singles the eyeshadows are in are NOT glued down properly at all. All three of mine fall out... there literally no adhesive keeping them in the mini palette. This probably contributed to the shattering of the eyeshadow itself.I watched and read at a ton of reviews before ordering this, so I was already aware these were going to be a bit more sheer and “natural” looking. I ordered the shades Countryside Lavender. The top beige shade is VERY sheer, but can be used as a setting base nicely. The other two are super cute and flatter my facial tone and eye color pretty well. (I’m a cool neutral with blue eyes and red hair, if that helps.)I don’t have any issues with the formula for the darkest shade, or the metallic middle shade, however the beige shade is the slightest bit to dry. It doesn’t have the same buttery texture as the other two.Overall it’s a decent product for the price, however as another reviewer mentioned, Instead of ordering this online I would HIGHLY recommend buying this in stores (Walmart has this same line currently in stores) the sheer number of people including myself that have received damaged product is actually ridiculous and unacceptable in my opinion. Sellers shipping out makeup should know by now how to properly package them. And the brand should now to use proper adhesive on the single pans if they plan on making a palette at all.

This has become my everyday markup and I love it. I always gravitate towards the nude neutral colors. But this has just enough shimmer in it to make you feel a little bit dressed up. This is pretty sheer coverage which I like cause I don’t wear a lot of makeup but if your use to heavier makeup this might not be what your looking for.I also love the ingredients. Before I buy makeup I always check it on EWG’s website “Skin Deep” to see how many possibly toxic ingredients it has. It’s very hard to find budget friendly makeup that also has safe ingredients. So I was really excited to find this Burt bees rated as a three ( I usually prefer 2 or lower but 3 isn’t bad).

The product is alright, but I just always like to have applicators with these because I bring them to various places like to work. I figured this would have one, and it doesn't so that really drops the convenience for me. If you don't care about having a built in applicator then this might be more your thing.

I really WANT to give this 5 stars, but I just can't. I love BBs and was so excited to try the new makeup line. My only problem with this is the color is lighter than expected. I have to wet my eyeshadow brush applicator and then run it through the shadow powder. Otherwise, it is barely noticeable. And blending the brown and copper is useless unless you use water. BUT- if I use the water, the color can go on thick enough to get the shade I'm looking for.

Love these colors with my green eyes. Was worried the middle color would be too dark for the whole eyelid, but it's not; it's very subtle. Now I have all 3 shades in one compact to do my whole eye...love that. Makes the morning routine a little less complicated! One reviewer said the colors differed from the screen versus in person, (that's the case with anything purchased online) and I think that's true but it's not drastic. If you're on the fence, I'd say - go for it!

I got the countryside lavender color and love it. Regular drug store eye shadow makes my eyes really dry for some reason so I can't use it but this has been a wonder product, not bothering my eyes at all. I've actually bought 2 different colors of this type before and am very happy with both. It does crease by the end of the day but is still long lasting for eye shadow.

Beautiful pallets. Love the matte colors but they have too loose of a powder consistency for me. I have sensitive eyes and I don’t like the powder to fall in my eyes or around my eyes. But I like the colors

I really like how this is a more natural product and love the colour palette, however when it goes on I find you have to reapply a few coats of it to be able to see colour properly. Other then that it’s very nice.

bought for my grand daughter because it is talc free and so good to find for teenagers
