Pretty easy install. Since the Jacuzzi was empty at the time, all I had to do was cut the line and put it in. There are a couple of install videos on YouTube that you can watch. Works great.

I had trouble with my water being murky and yellowish. We changed the water and it went right back to murky and yellow, but didn’t stink. We we to the dealer and they gave us other chemicals that didn’t help. So l ordered this replacement, it is the exact same as the original one. When I took it apart the injector T was plugged up, there is a rubber grommet that fits in it with a hole to inject the ozone, it had disintegrated and plugged the T clear off. The grommet is probably a .50 cent item. I replaced everything and cleaned and refilled the tub and it went back to working fine. So check the T and if you can find the grommet, pull the T out and clean it with an air compressor it will save you a lot of money.

Unit failed after 11 months. Followed the directions to troubleshoot the system that are sent with the unit. It was a bad check valve. Watkins will not work directly with me I have to work through the Amazon seller (Jacks). Jacks told me I have to send the check valve to them so they can make a warranty claim and send the part to Watkins. All this for a check valve that cost them $3. Unbelievable that their instructions state that the check valve is the #1 cause of issues but they will not replace under warranty without all this. This is my 3rd ozone unit for this spa. The original (Watkins) lasted 9 years, the 2nd (an aftermarket unit) lasted 8 years. Save your self some money and go aftermarket and by an extra check valve for $7. I will update my review if watkins replaces the check valve

I found this replacement device to be easy to install. Most people with even limited handyman skills can do this. The thing is expensive but it works like the original

We just bought a Hotspring spa and I wanted to add ozone from the beginning. I searched on YouTube and found several videos showing how easy it was, and decided to give it a try. Fifteen minutes later it was done. My Hotspring HotSpot SX controller did not match with the ozone wire connections shown in the video but it was easy to figure it out after I took a picture of the controller board and zoomed in. The white wire connects on the left side of the board, and the black wire connects towards the top center. Works great and I saved myself about $200.

This is an exact replacement of the Watkins ozonator. Comes with injector fitting.
