I really liked the product. It has good quality material and zippers and it has ample of pockets in the main compartment and utility compartments. It's shape is good but size could be little smaller. I cannot put on my raincoat jacket over this bag. Sadly this bag doesn't come with a rain protector with it, I had to buy that separately. I happened to visit a nearby DMart and found this same bag being sold at 1599/-. Exactly 900 rupees lesser than what I bought it for. I was very disheartened upon seeing this. I urge you to explore your local market. And buy only those things online which are not available in your local market.

I purchased this bag in April 2025, and the quality was excellent from the beginning. After about a year of regular use, the zipper chain got damaged. I contacted the service team, and they provided very fast support. They replaced my bag with an updated version without any hassle. The product quality is excellent, and the after-sales service is outstanding.

There's no doubt that the bag quality is good, but the price they charged—₹2,800—is far too high. Today I saw the exact same bag at Dmart, Kanjurmarg West, Mumbai, for just ₹1,500. Just imagine how much extra they have charged.
