Ein super Produkt, gut aufzutragen, schmiert nicht, beste Verträglichkeit.

Dieses Produkt von MAC ist sehr gut, ich benutze es seit Jahren. Leider kam es jedoch völlig zerbrochen bei mir an. Daher halte ich diese Plattform für den Kauf von Kosmetikartikeln nicht für ideal. Ich habe den Artikel zurückgeschickt, habe aber bislang weder eine Antwort noch eine Rückerstattung erhalten.

I have ordered this MAC product several times on Amazon many times before and each product I received was satisfactory and of good quality. But with my recent order of this product, I am very disappointed! This is not a cheap product for me and I am upset that it arrived caked-up, as if it was once wet but dried back up into one hard circle-shaped CLUMP as you can see in the photo! When I opened it up, the powder that wasn't clumped was scattered all over the compact and spilled out onto my outfit and my counter. Since I was out of my previous one, I tried to swipe some of the powder off of the clump and it barely gets onto my makeup brush because it is hard, caked-up and clumped together. To make this right with good customer service, I AM REQUESTING EITHER A REFUND or another MAC compact (the same order) but a fresher product sent to me immediately, if you please. I hope someone responds and will replace the defective product that was sent to me instead of leaving me with a product that is not of quality, does not match the advertisement, and for sending me a product I cannot use for the money I paid for it.
