Getting no smell after using this, what am I doing wrong? Live in London so hard water, 30 min wash, 40 degrees with 2 pods and it had no scent.

This could be caused by the product being exposed to extreme heat or cold during transport and shipping. The fragrance may fade if the container has been opened for a long time. We recommend you use the product within a year and always store it in a cool, dry place. You’re more than welcome to contact us directly if you need help or have any questions. Your Bold Team
