Is this balm supposed to be solid? Mine arrived and it is very liquidy even after putting it in the fridge overnight.

I just received the Heimish All Clean Balm, and it is more liquidity than balm like, but it also has chunks in it. I took a wisk and stirred it, then put it in the fridge but to no avail it did nothing but turn the big chunks into a bunch of tiny chunks!! I am returning this item.
