Soft too soft
Cannot even brush through hair. Way too soft.

NOT Firm Bristles.
I bought this but can't use it because the bristles are soft and NOT stiff as they should be. Sorry cannot recommend. ;o(

I Specifically ordered this brush because it was labeled as firm, The one that I received in the mail states soft directly on the package.
