Very good honey.

The smoothest and light colored honey, I think on the market. All my adult life we raised honey bees and sold honey. It’s has a taste of pure, clean, and fresh honey, exactly how I remember from many years past. The only honey I purchase, ever!

I'm very fond of acacia honey for a number of reasons: first of all it's light, sweet flavor, something that was lacking in this particular honey. This brand has a sharpness to it, and a taste/odor that gave the impression that this honey spent a bit of time in close proximity to a petroleum fuel. I would not order this brand again, and am trying to decide if it's worthy of consumption. One final note: it is the thickest acacia honey I've ever tasted.

This honey is hard to describe because it it so many different levels of yumminess. This is probably in my top 4 honeys. This honey would go great in or on just about anything. It is so perfectly balanced and light. I like eating this honey straight from the jar, unadulterated from anything else. If you don't have a great palate, you may not be able to appreciate this honey for all of its perfect bliss.

I bought this because I'd read that acacia honey is less likely to crystalize (I seldom use honey), but when I've used it in recipes or in tea, it has much less flavor and sweetness than clover honey.

It was my first choice when deciding to try to find a honey to sweeten my tea (instead of sugar). I'd only ever had the awful honey from the bear in the grocery store so wasn't sure if I'd like any kind of honey. Wish I'd have looked into it sooner. Very light, fruity and delicious. I used up my first jar in a week and ordered 2 more. Hope they keep it in stock.

This is, without a doubt, the best honey I have ever had! I am from South Carolina, and the honey here is thick, and dark, and rich. Honestly, I just thought I wasn't a honey fan in general. This honey has changed my mind! It is so light and sweet you will eat it with a spoon straight from the jar!
