Dimensions of the carrying tube?

The tube is 2 1/2" in diameter and is about 25" in length.

Does it come with a dm screen as advertised

No DM screen included. The description could have been clearer since it's just suggesting other DND items that could be used with this item, but those items aren't included. But this is a decent mat after you get it flattened out.

Do the markers smudge off if rolled up?

I have saved maps and such in the past. If it is humid or moist it is more likely to. Also the tighter the roll the more it will smudge.

what are those cards next to mat?

The cards are not included this is just for demonstration purpose of how you use the mat. The only thing included is the Mat, 2 Markers, and the carrying tube.
