This thing is awesome. I came from using a cheap round plastic dehydrator (you know the one) and there is no comparison. Pros: > HUGE capacity > Easy, intuitive controls allow you to dry exactly how you want > Not too loud > Very even drying > Good value for the money Cons: If there is a con, it's that the dehydrator is heavy and awkward to move around. That's to be expected, though. Overall, this is a great machine that I wish I would have bought years ago. I've used it to make jerky and meat sticks, dry pineapple, sweet potatoes and herbs. My tomato plants have been very productive this year, so I just finished a big batch of "sun dried" tomatoes.

I have been dehydrating food for years. Last Christmas my other half got me this Cosori dehydrator. We were using my Excalibur I’ve had for 15 years, and definitely needed a second dehydrator for all the fruits and veggies from our garden. After reading countless reviews, we settled on this Cosori. We liked that it is stainless steel, easy to clean, has a timer, is all electronic, heats up well. Nice to be able to set it and forget it! It dehydrates just as well as my old work horse Excalibur, which I still use. Makes excellent fruit roll ups, we are dehydrating everything, I’ve even dehydrated marshmallows, which are a crunchy tasty sweet snack! It’s definitely a nice machine, worth the money, and cost considerably less than the similar new Excalibur.

I purchased the 10 tray version for my husband, Christmas of 2023 and he has definitely gotten my money's worth. From deer jerky to dried fruit the results have been perfect. The unit is quite, It is easy to use and clean up is a breeze. Just purchased the 5 tray version for my sister.

Great dehydrator, even though it unfortunately arrived with two massive dents. Works amazing.

I purchased the larger Cosori dehydrator. It has 10 shelves. I'm sure now that I didn't need one nearly this large but I'm happy with it. It works great. Very easy to operate. Runs very quietly. I was very surprised that it was this quiet. I sliced up and marinated about 6 lbs of London broil and I only used 5 of the 10 shelves. Hahaha. Very nice steel shelves. This machine is a little too large for my countertop so I keep it on top of my chest freezer. I have used it four times so far and I can't say anything bad about it. I love this machine. My jerky comes out perfect.

As some other reviewers mentioned, the first unit arrived damaged, but this was no fault of the manufacturer but rather the extremely rough handling in shipping or delivery. The unit was actually impressively packaging-protected. Amazon immediately shipped a new unit, which arrived in perfect condition. I’ve had the unit for several months now and have dehydrated many rounds of jerky, apples, and have just started making fruit leather. I did order the silicone mesh mats to line each of the 10 trays because jerky can be messy and the liners simplify clean up. The unit has functioned impeccably and couldn’t be any easier to operate. It is a LARGE appliance, so bear this in mind in making the decision for having 10 trays; size is the trade-off. I don’t have the cabinet or counter space for permanent indoor storage, which I fully realized prior to purchase, but I don’t mind carrying it back & forth to & from the garage as it’s also super light weight. I did an Amazon search to find a cover for it, and I have also ordered additional fruit leather trays; when I dehydrate anything, I prefer to do a large quantity at once because face it—4-8 hours is a long time to wait each time, so I’d rather large batch and store. The one included fruit leather tray is not sufficient for my needs. What I DO like is that when the fruit leather tray is not pressed into service, it conveniently doubles as a drip tray for the bottom of the unit. Handy! I’ve been very satisfied with the function, size, weight and quality of this dehydrator.

no tengo problema con el producto. es DHL quien se encargó de hacer la entrega, y me llegó con un gran golpe. demoró mas de lo previsto y no se qué pudo ocasionar ese gran golpe, es acero inoxidable muy duro. y ahora tengo que esperar mas de un mes para todo el trámite de devolución
