Good USB-C Headphone adapter to connect a wired headphone
Works fine with my Samsung Glaxy S24. No adjustments needed and the sound was clear and loud. Recommended.

Nice headphone jack 3.5mm to C
Needed these when I got one of the new iPhonees with the C connection and still have some headphones with 3.5mm plugs. They work well and are decently priced.

Can You Hear Me Now?
This item works pretty well. The only thing, is it will cut out if there is a quiet spot in the audio. Even at a high volume, it still seems to cut out at spots. If needed, I will pay a little more for a better quality.

YES! This DOES work with a 3.5mm TRRS microphone (such as from RHODE)
This review is for the USB-C to 3.5mm jack adapter. There were some conflicting reviews and uncertain responses to my question about whether these adapters would work with a 3.5 TRRS analog microphone, and I can confirm that it DOES work. When you connect this to your iOS device, it will ask you if this is "headphones". I selected "NO" (as it was for a microphone) and to my surprise it works. I was able to record audio using my RHODE mic (see image). There is a tiny bit of hiss in the background, but it's not bad, and can easily be cleaned up with any sound/noise removal process or ai audio quality filter. So, I am happy with this! It is the cheapest solution to this problem I have found. I am not sure if it will work with a TRS microphone. I only tested it with a TRRS connector from my mic.

Decent value, but has problems.
This is cheap, and does work, but provides at times poor connection and generates a lot of noise when the cable moves or rotates in the 3.5mm jack. I used this with two different headphones and with an iPad and iPhone. It connects to these devices well, but I have not tested with other devices. Specifically with my Koss PortaPros, I find that the cable provides an unreliable connection, and the first thing that happens when I plug them into my phone is that a call will disconnect or the music will pause. For $5, this is probably, ok, but it is not going to provide a really high quality experience.
