According to Bosnian Bill at Lock Labs, this lock contains one standard and four deep cut spools. He recommends it as a lock to learn how to pick spool pins, which are considered "high security" pins. So while it is a lock that you can learn somewhat advanced lock picking on, it is not one you'd want to consider as your first lock to learn on.
