Growing up in the Windy City (Chicago) Everybody loves a good Polish sausage with grilled onions and yellow mustard. There's a street vender on Maxwell st. (open market place) That has been there for 60 yrs. People come for all over for a grilled polish w/ gilled onions. I was a little disappointed with the Polish lover’s pack. They are slightly smaller than those served at most Chicago hot dog stands, and seemed less spicy as well. I have to grill several more to tell for sure, and expect I’ll be happy with the product.
