I’m so happy with these adorable little snails! I was very worried they would arrive dead, lethargic, or extremely tiny. It took a few days for them to be put in the mail, then 4 days to actually arrive at my house. They were packaged in a baggie (like you would bring a fish home in) with a wet paper towel, gently placed with shipping paper, and nicely packed in a small box. There were instructions on how to acclimate the snails to your aquarium, contact information for the shop, and facts about why the snails were shipped with the paper towel (they need to be wet so they can make oxygen!)I placed the snails immediately all in a separate bowl with my aquarium water and when the water was the same temperature, dumped them out. I had 11 snails—all were a cute, translucent pink except for 3, which were a brown/grey/white color. They varied in size from 3 large ones (half the size of a dime) to one very tiny one. They all immediate stuck their heads out and started exploring! It was obvious they were all alive and healthy. I added some dried bloodworms to the bowl and they all started slugging around and eating. It was so fun to watch!A few hours later I introduced the 3 largest snails to my fish tank with one male betta fish. He was very interested in initially them but eventually left them alone. I plan to keep the smaller ones separated until they grow a bit larger.Would highly recommend purchasing snails from this seller! I’m very happy and love watching the snails. :)

I LOVE these adorable beautiful hardworking babies. I know a lot of people consider ramshorns invasive but they fail to appreciate how beautiful they are & how efficient they are at cleaning up algae. They’re better cleaners than my gigantic mystery snails for sure. Seller sent 10 + 2 to account for MIA’s and all arrived alive, beautiful, and active. Yes they do seem to be reproducing but in my tank with big chonk goldfish & a filter that seems to suck them all up, population control is certainly not a problem after 2 months.Of the 12 I think about half were pink & the rest were brown. If I had it my way, I’d want all pink but nonetheless very happy with the purchase & have been actually pondering whether to buy more.

These snails came well packed. They came in a wet paper towel, they were super small. I think I got around 15 snails when I ordered 10. They grew really well and now I have dozens of snails. I got all sorts of colors.

I received 6+ ramshorn snails. They added a couple for just in case scenario. All survived their hot journey to my house, wonderfully. The were packed well for their journey. None dead. Today, I have babies. They are doing a swell job of cleaning the glass, plants and nicknacks in my 40 gal tank. I am pleased with them, and, they arrived promptly. I would order again from them.

I received 10 snails and all were alive. I got 1 pink, 1 red, 1 blue and the rest were brown leopard. I was hoping for a purple or blue so I’m pretty satisfied. I forgot to take photos before releasing into my tank but they were all large and in good condition!

We have ordered from this seller before and all the snails did great. We wanted to order more and unfortunately with the best they died in route. We messaged the seller and they offered to send a second batch free of charge, but once again they didn’t make it. So we waiting till now and the seller sent us a 3rd batch and all snails are great and alive! They are thriving with our bettas

The seller packaged these little guys very well!They arrived in a plastic bag with a little paper towel and some water. There were clear instructions on how to acclimate your snails to your water, which I did.I took them out one by one and put them gently on some of my rocks, wood, plants and held them for about 5 seconds so they could attach themselves properly to these surfaces!As soon as they hit the water, their little faces came out!I got 10 pink and I brown.Some of them are extremely tiny like the size of a colored pin head, the one I took a picture of is one of the three larger ones I got in the group.Overall, I am very satisfied with the care put in by seller to pack these little guys safely, just wish all of them were the size of the 3 larger ones I got.
