I’m not a metallurgist, so I can’t test these to see if they are ‘solid SS’ or not, but they are heavy and balanced feeling in my hand. The largest stylus set (dark blue handles) are very substantial feeling, and have a nice rubbery/silicone feeling shaft. The light blue colored set is more lightweight and has a smooth plastic feeling shaft. The zippered bag is lined canvas with a nylon zipper, and is nice to have to keep these tools together. I bought them mainly for papercrafts, but the silicone tips on the small set would work great for my polymer clay as well as the balls should I choose to use them in that manner. I could not find anything but the most basic stylus in my area, and one being the cost of this entire set. Im thrilled to be able to have this set at such a low cost, and amazon got them to me in about 36 hours. If you are a crafting tool snob they may not be good enough for you, but they meet my needs in every way! I did not want to spend $30 for what is essentially a mouse pad, with a tool handle that had the ends that interchanged, bc I would much rather pick up a tool that is ‘ready to go’, and save some of my money to boot.

I'm supper happy with these and the price is right. There are more tools and sizes than I'll ever need and they are great quality. I have used them in a variety if art projects and they don't ever disappoint. The little case they come with is so cute and keeps me from allowing my tools to get misplaced.

I use these to mold extra dimension on cardstock embellishments that I use on my handmade greeting cards. The metal tips are very smooth & great for this purpose. There are tools made specifically for that, but these are cheaper & have more sizes in the set.

They do still a bit when trying to push a hole into the clay, but doinh it when the clay Is a but dry makes it easier. I got these for use in my ceramics course. The little pouch fits them all perfectly.

These are not tools that are available locally in any craft stores. So I was gambling that they would be of any quality beyond single use. I was pleasantly surprised. They are as well made as anything I have been able to purchase in a big box craft store or from another mail order source. The pouch is kind of Handy but these tools will probably go in the jar with the rest of the tools and paint brushes.

I found these to be sturdy tools, the metal balls seem to be heavy and solid. These tools seem to be great to use on clay, I crochet and some items suggest using oven dry clay for certain accessories so these will be very useful. I'm looking forward to using these in baking. I think they'll make great tools for creating details. I would recommend these.

Bought these for embossing the foil recycled from tomato puree tubes. Excellent tools, with plenty of options to achieve a variety of finishes. Came in a great little fabric zip up storage bag too. Good quality and value for money.
