Love this! Can't tell you how long I have looked for the perfect size and quality, plus it looks good! This one was worth the search. Space is very limited in my home and I need this to fold and unfold easily every time while being sturdy enough to carry a large load of laundry. I am happy with the price since I have tried so many others that weren't: esthetically pleasing, flimsy, weird sizing. The firm wooden edge makes it easy to put on your hip and carry from the laundry room to the bedroom. A++

I bought 3 of these. (Amazon was out of the color I wanted so purchased elsewhere.) Best thing I ever did! It is stackable, sturdy, easy to access quickly, has a lid, and lined. It holds its shape when full. Yes it is a small hamper but when full, it is the perfect size for one load in my HE washer and dryer. I have tried other hampers including the space saving ones that hang on a rod but this stacks in a corner and takes up little floor space. Best decision ever.

Love love love the concept. But the top flaps that make up the “lid” are made of a thin cardboard that bends easily. Once a flap is bent (easy to accidentally do so; sometimes we place clothes on top instead of in the hamper, and the weight of the clothes will permanently bend the top flaps), the basket has a hard time staying upright. Wish it were sturdier. Also the hole is a little small on top and sometimes we have to shove clothes into the hole, which worsens the problem of bending the flaps.

Purchased two units since we are tired of the plastic bins cracking breaking etc. These look look on the amazon site but when put into action they are lousy they collapse when the wet cloths are added, so one has to hold unto the handles and then they function otherwise the wash will have to be redone if they spinout on he gravel, dirt or playground as one tries to hang them on the line to dry outside in the sun. Would not purchase them again and I caution others to review before they purchase and have the same issue.

I have 2 of these that are a few years old and still great. Bought this 3rd one from Amazon warehouse because I’ve had good experiences from them on other items. These hampers do not stack if the internal plastic structure is bent or warped. To avoid this, I Recommend you buy these NEW only.

Stapelen werkt niet. Blijft niet goed staan. Voorkant schiet er zo uit. Niet aan te bevelen als je wilt stapelen of als je veel was hebt. Past niet veel in.

Silly price for a laundry bag but it looks good and is very practical. The interior has a plastic coating that is damp proof and snag free. The bottom is a thin sheet of black textured plastic that holds the bag in shape and is ok to put on damp grass. A definite plus point that the plastic bottom is part of the construction and not an insert which comes loose and offers a hidey hole for dirt and small items. There is a metal rim sewn into a casing at the top of the bag. Being Brabantia I am pretty sure this will be a good quality metal, perhaps stainless steel, and won't rust. It feels very strong. UPDATE 1.5 years later my basket is still perfect. I told my daughter about it and how good it was and she, of course, ignored me. Several months later I got a phone call telling me she'd discovered this really good laundry basket... grrr! And what made it even worse is that she has bought several for use in the car and around the home. I think she ought to buy me another one as an apology. The fabric sides are substantial so that bag stays up when I put it on the floor to empty the machine. I like that it collapses so it doesn't hog shelf space in my laundry cupboard. It seems well made and should last well. Also it looks a lot better than brightly coloured plastic and when you have to do such a boring horrible job as the washing it does help to have pleasant well made items. Overall I am very pleased that I splashed out and bought this bag. It would make a good bag for the boot of the car as well and would be perfect for muddy boots. If I was rich enough I'd buy several for general use around the house.

My laundry 3 sort cart was too big for the space and I needed to find something to replace it with. The challenge was something more narrow than the cart and not as deep but not too tall. We eliminated so many types based on reviews for durability, aesthetics etc. We bought two to try out and fell in love and got 2 more! They look beautiful and come in so many colors.
