The 6 year old computer looked new. It was set up as a plug and play. The windows 10 update 1903 already in the computer. The solid state hard drive is fast. Buying a used computer is like buying a used car. The IBM think center is the Toyota of computers, great quality control. I just had a very bad experience , I ordered a Hp 8300 from Walmart, what I got in the box was an HP5800, big difference and the key did not work , the support a 900 hundred number. I sent it back . OK MORE about the think center computer the hard drive is only 120 , I do not trust any computer , no matter what kind of protection you have . I have 2 external hard drives to back up my files and refresh my computer every 6 months to keep it fast. By todays standards a 120 is a small hard drive but it will do the job. Look at your present computer and see how much space you really use . The computer came in a box that was well packaged like a new computer, with the company logo on the side. The keyboard and mouse were used , very clean , but brand names. I must say SunsetMICRO REALLY DID A GREAT JOB ON THIS COMPUTER. For $135.00 bucks its the cheapest computer I have ever bought. I got this computer to see if the solid state hard drive really does what people say, and it does. So like the man who jumped off the EMPIE STATE BUILDING was herd to say as he past the 32 floor, so far so good. OLD BOB 76

I ordered several of these and they all were in varying condition. A couple were nice and a couple were dirtier than they should have been. One had lint and hair all in the fan. Another had a stick of RAM that had fallen out during shipping I assume. The styrofoam surrounding the units is worthless, with most of it broken.

easy to upgrade ,plan on recasing into more psacious case so i can can fit a gpu in it but overall a pretty good gaming pc for old games as is

Only owned for a month and the mothrrboard is over heating i only got a dual core proccessor and 4 gb ram absolute garbage

This refurbished computer is great. Lightweight. Fast. The SSD harddrive makes a big difference in the startup of Windows 10. Every computer should have a SSD drive. No complaints except for some reason, one of the memory stick got loose and shook around when it got shipped to my house. I just had to open the case and reinstall it, and the memory worked fine.

Good computer. Didn't come with a Wifi adapter though.

Stoked about the new PC. Got it for work, boss payed for it, and it works nicely, snappy ram, quick boot up, windows key was easy to find, scratch off sticker. When I unboxed it I actually opened the case to see what was inside and took me a hot second to find the SSD, but it's in there. Has been working well, still not finished with the updates but making good progress. Got quickbooks up and running, much better than the old PC all around but that doesn't say much considering that one was running Vista. It's not as small as I hoped but it's still less than half the size of the old one. The case is pretty cramped inside, not that it matters. Green LED, 2 USB's in the front.... That's about all. The CPU is a bit better than an FX-6300 so really good for office use.
