There's a reason this foundation has been on the market for as long as it has
I've used CoverGirl Outlast foundation for many, many years. But I've certainly tried other brands including high-end luxury, and in every formulation available (liquid, cream, water-activated, mineral). And I always come back to CoverGirl Outlast. It just works for my complexion even as I've aged. It goes on smoothly, is so nicely blendable, always looks natural and never cakey, doesn't settle in fine lines, doesn't clog my pores, and is easily removed. And let me add another very important feature: It's extremely affordable! Classic Ivory is my go-to shade for most of the year and it's a perfect match for me. I'm done playing the field.

An oldie but a goodie
Remember back in the day when Covergirl used to advertise that they put Noxema cold cream in their foundations? Well, that nostalgic menthol scent and tingly feeling has been removed in this modern formulation. There’s not really a scent at all in fact, and I gotta say, drugstore foundations have really upped their game in the last decade. This quite a nice cream foundation with buildable coverage and a smooth texture that doesn’t feel greasy and doesn’t slide off my face. I chose it for my work bag because I can use it as a foundation and concealer. And I was shocked that it didn’t turn orange like it did back in the day. If you can find a colour match, give this a shot - it might change your mind about drugstore foundations.
