Love this show. It's awesome. Brand new condition.

In term of dramatization, from the cast to the location, no detail is overlooked. It's an adaptation of course, but a very good one. And the source material was worth looking into. The show's strength lies on its ability to present each point of view, it takes some very good acting to do that. Hat's off to M. Moura's performance, but even small parts are played by great actors.Waiting for season 3 now, onto Cali Cartel.

This Netflix series details the Colombian cartels. Because they filmed in Colombia, they used both Spanish and English, depending on the nationality of the character, so make sure your DVDs have subtitle capability if you are Spanish deficient like I am.. Director, producer, writer awesome job. I may have to learn Spanish just so I could understand the song lyrics.

This series was an eye opener to the extreme power that the drug cartels have as well as the vast corruption of government. I couldn't stop watching!

Well done series all around, with action, drama, history, and clear story telling. The subject is gritty, so not for kids. About half the dialog is done in Spanish. Subtitles are available in French and English.

Got this as a gift for a friend who's a huge fan. And he doesn't want to lend it to me! Hahaha.

Season 2 is good. Season 3 is not worth watching- bunch of mexicans fighting over weed.

This was not a nice man, he had no respect for human life and lived to destroy all those ( men , women and children) who stood, tottered, or staggered in his way.An interesting story, but very annoying as the series depicted Escobar as a dedicated family man working his guts out just to better his family and give them all the "normal" comforts. History will show that he was a murderer on an appalling scale and the immensity of his evil will probably never be revealed.This series is very well depicted overall except for the above issues.Watch it and wonder why we let terrible people like this man do what he did for so long.So many questions, so few answers, so many innocent lives lost.

A lot of violence but I guess this is the way it was & still is.A good insight into how much corruption there was & still is in that part of the world (not that corruption isn't an issue globally in government!)Very good acting.
