This hands down has made my postpartum recovery so much better. In the hospital I didn't have it with me and I could hardly sit on my bed, chair or walk without alot of pains. As soo as I came home and used this foam for the first time I have been able to relax, sit and lay down most anywhere I want, and I finally have some kind of relief after birth. The price makes it even better but even if it was 50 bucks a bottle the level of comfort it has restored to me would have been worth the money. It's so good after starting my initial bottle I bought 2 more so always jave more on stand by

This stuff lasts forever. I'm 3 months postpartum and I still use it occasionally. It definitely was used religiously the first 2 weeks postpartum. The relief is wonderful and it works great to sooth the perineum. It doesn't have a smell at all. The cooling effect is wonderful and provides a great relief. This is a wonderful value for the price.

I think it helped and I will definitely be buying for baby #2. Definitely cooling after the birth. I think witch hazel smells weird but that’s me. Yes comfortable and effective I believe it is worth the money.

I don’t get this until about two weeks pp. Although, my healing did seem to go quick once I did start using it. The cool feels nice. Would recommend, good dupe for the Frida Mom one if you want to pay less. Lasts a while, only bought one- don’t think I would have run out even if I did start using it right away.
