The media could not be loaded. So I'm throwing an afternoon tea party soon and needed enough teacups for 10 people. That meant I was on the hunt for 2 sets. I came across a few options, but after reading lots of reviews, this one seemed like the best choice. Well, I love my 2 sets. However, I actually bought 3 sets, because many of the reviews talked about a few items having imperfections. And they were right. So I mixed and matched and waved goodbye to the third. The issues weren't outrageous, but I'm picky. There were about 6 pieces with small issues overall, each set had like 2 pieces with an annoying little something I wished wasn't there. But take a look at the pictures. The issues were not major. Yes, quality control could be better, but really nothing came broken and nothing looked hideous. All in all a win. Couldn't be happier.Note: I also bought 3 stands, same reasoning, same minor issues, returned 1.

We love the tea set! The lilac color is so beautiful and the swirl in the cups and serving pieces are very fancy especially with the gold trim in the swirl. Highly recommend!

I think the set is quite beautiful. However, one of the rings on the bottom of a saucer and some of the demitasse spoon's edges were sharp. Also, the cup holder had sharp places especially on the bottom and it is too light to stay upright if a few cups and saucers are removed from it and it isn't perfectly balanced.
