I was pleasantly surprised with this vacuum cleaner. It is very powerful and looks great too. The quality and craftsmanship is brilliant - looks like an expensive piece of equipment. Given the affordable price, I was expecting a mediocre run-of-the-mill product, but this is so much more! Excellent product performance...I'm impressed and will not hesitate to highly recommend this product. I was especially touched by the little "Thank You" note from the owners. Well done, Empire!

It is a bit pricy for an unknown brand, but it has been performing really well for a year now and very good built quality. Suction power is great on both settings low & high, cleaning the vacuum itself is easy, and dust tank holds a lot of dust and pet hair. Battery life is okay like any other cordless vacuum cleaner, I had very well known brand before and had the same battery life. Just plug in the charger in between cleaning different areas and you should be okay.

it is not good at all after 2 month not working..2 times we repared..but still not working...do not buy

Works really well in my apartment with strong suction. My only complaints are that hair gets tangled in the brush easily. Still a solid vacuum and I’d recommend it!

Not good in A4 sizes. But can laminate small pls in a good way

I bought this vacuum almost a year ago, I like that its suction is powerful, it's lightweight & cordless. But recently I lost the filter (accidentally throw when cleaning) so I reached out to the company (Empire Trading) - Ayisha assisted me, and there was no spare filter available to purchase, I was disappointed and ready to give up but Ayisha did not stop looking for alternative solution. Their after-sales service is excellent because they give priority to customer's satisfaction, they were able to provide me a filter directly from the supplier in China and it's all for free. Thanks Empire (Ayisha) for my new filter, I can use my fave vacuum again.

Well the delivery time was amazing , just over a day for it to be delivered, very easy to use and it’s helped me to laminate important documents I need for a upcoming job, really quick too took about 2 minutes to heat up and then 10-20 seconds to laminate. I’ll be recommending to the company I’m associated with too ! Literally no complaints

OK, you need to understand one thing. This ain't no Dyson. As an owner of three or four high-end Dysons, I can easily compare the two brands, as long as your expectations are realistic, I think you'll be really happy with this product. It is, in some cases, maybe 1/10th the price of my most expensive Dysons and I would say it does more than 75 percent of the job. Honestly, I was surprised by its performance. It's very good. My budget pick for the best low-end unit would still be twice as much because it's not sold locally and Amazon US ships it. So, at the end of the day, you're much better off with this unit. It works equally well on hard floors and carpets. And judging by the amount of carpet fibers that end up in it, it does an amazing job. Having said that, you do get what you pay for, the body is very basic plastic, and overall the vacuum feels a bit flimsy. Just remember that this is very inexpensive. It's less than the cost of a meal at P. F. Chang's so you shouldn't complain, really. Overall, an excellent value. However, this review is just after a week of usage outside of the Middle East. Time will tell how long this will last. Will adjust the review accordingly.

This comes with a plug that doesnt work in Australia despite being sold in Australia! It's nothing more than scrap without an adapter therefore 1 star. No idea if the laminater is actually any good because I can't use it
