Product recived on time. Log book advertised 120 pages but only 101 pages. Page numberig started at 21 and went to 122. Bonus page for body measurements missing.

Nice tool
Does the job, tracking both strength and conditioning training. Only request would be for a link to digital options, or a digital version of this tracker, though for those who prefer good old fashioned paper this is excellent.

Gets the job done
Gets the job done. Would be great if there was a way to track 'non-workout workouts' such as sauna, and steam room, but this is still great for strength and conditioning tracking the non-digital way.

It's ok!
This Weight Lifting Log Book make for men, clearly, it's 6 sets and women might not need to do 6 sets, however, it depends on the training phase too, men might not need 6 sets too.This is ok log, simple and it's ok, however, I want to see more space for exercise and notes. Cardio is not necessary to do every time after workout and it's ok to have less space for cardio.

This is exactly what it says. It’s a comprehensive log to keep track of your workouts. Each page is a workout log, without fluff.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Great log book
Includes lots of space to track and record all info needed for your workouts. I enjoyed the bonus page!

Exactly what you need and nothing else
This log back makes it easy to track your lifts. I like that it has a section for body measurements in the beginning so you can keep track of those data points as well.
