Wonderful conditioner.
I found I didn’t need to use a lot of this conditioner. However I noticed there were no instructions about how long to leave it on your hair so just used my own judgment. Left on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing out. I have curly 4c hair and It left my hair soft and manageable. SD

Not worth the headache
Ordered multiple times 1st order: bottles came in leaking/opened so requested a replacement- returned since requested the replacement 2nd/replacement order: never delivered- requested the refund 3rd order: ordered during Prime Day. Ordered multiple bottles. When the box arrived, the bottles had just been thrown in with everything else we ordered. The bottles were leaking all over the other stuff we ordered. So returned for a refund. At this point, I’m out a lot of $$. I returned everything that was received, all leaking or seals were broken. At still, months later, Amazon continues to charge me for the 2nd/replacement order that I never received. The email I get is that they didn’t receive the items. Well, no kidding! Neither did I!! So I’ve had to call multiple times, say the whole story, over and over again. To be refunded then charged AGAIN. Supposedly they won’t charge me again now, but I’ll believe it in 6 months if they don’t charge me again. Find different product. This isn’t worth it and smells absolutely horrible!

Awkward Bottle and Smell
The design of the bottle's plunger makes it so you have to use two hands to pump the product out, and because the bottle is metal, it's freezing cold. So if you can only use one hand you have to put the bottle against yourself (again freezing) to use it. The conditioner itself is fine, but the smell isn't that pleasant. It's earthy and somewhat medicinal. For the price point, I think I'd rather go back to Shea Moisture.

Best conditioner for my curls.
I pair this with the Curl Fresh shampoo and my curls are well defined, bouncy and very soft. Love that AG is a Canadian company. I have already purchased more from this line
