Does the app work on the Kids Fire Tablet?

It only works on fire hd 10 2021 version

does this work in Australia?

Hi, Thank you for exploring Tacto Doctor by PlayShifu. We'd like to let you know that all of the PlayShifu toys work worldwide, as long as you download the appropriate companion app, which is free to download from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. For Tacto Doctor, the app is available as 'Tacto by PlayShifu'. However, we would like you to check the compatibility of your device with the kits that you wish to purchase. For more information, please write to us at reachout[at]playshifu[dot]com, we are available 24/7. Sincerely, Team PlayShifu!

I have downloaded the tacto app (onto my kindle fire 10, 2021 edition) but when it loads it asks for the game you have. but there's no doctor option??

Hi, Thank you for exploring Tacto Doctor by PlayShifu. We would kindly request you to write to us at reachou[at]playshifu[dot]com from the email registered on the Tacto app to analyze the issue and provide you with an appropriate resolution. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerely, Team PlayShifu!

Lost tool? Can I still play?

Yes, you actually can. But it can be challenging. The pads of a tool are in specific locations so the screen will identify the tool and orientation. If used my fingers to impersonate the tools on several occasions.
