Spotless Swing BrightSpot Solutions Premium Multi-Use Golf Towel

Before I leave a lackluster rating I make sure I'm using the product accurately. Originally I thought the towel was similar to the Frogger towels because the messaging talked about how much dirt and water it could hold. I wet the towel and was disappointed that it couldn't really be used to keeps grips and your face dry like the messaging indicated. I did like that it gives you two different areas. But for the towel to be most effective it needs to be wet. But just in case it was a user error I did more research.I asked the AMZ community and the seller said the towel is designed so you don't need to wet it. Great! I thought. I live in the desert and my towel usually dries out before I make it to the turn.My next few rounds I didn't wet the towel and the performance was awful. It got the grooves okay but the face was nowhere near clean. Considering it couldn't even clean off dry grass properly I was very disappointed. As you'll see in my attached photos my wedge face was still green after using the towel.So perhaps the product messaging should be altered or product redesigned with a waterproof layer between the inside and out. If that can be done it'd be more effective than buying a frogger towel and accompanying brush.I have no issue with wetting my golf towel but if you pitch your product as being able be just as good when dry, it should perform.

Great towel for your golf bag. There are 3 different textures on the bag...two on the inside and then the outside. I like the idea of wiping clubs off inside the towel and it does a great job of cleaning them...leaving the outside, softer side, of the towel for hands / glasses / face. I have another towel from a tournament and it is more of a traditional towel and when my bag is on its stand the towel drags the ground but not the spotless. Well thought out product and the clip is reversible to the top or bottom of the towel depending on if you are walking or in a cart. Honeslty, I leave it in the same position as in the picture. I suppose upside down it will hold all the dirt / debris in vs. letting it fall on your bag. Good product, a bit pricey for a towel, I know, has metal carabiner and 3 textures but I think you could make and sell this for under $20 minus 1 star.

I've been playing golf for the better part of 30+ years, and I've used many towels. I was on the verge of getting a Players Towel (the one used on the pro tours which is probably similar in construction to the Club Glove towel which I also haven't tried yet) when I came across this towel a couple of years ago. Now, two years later, and I am still so satisfied that, not only did I not buy the Players Towel, but I bought another of these towels.Two things separate this towel from others.First is the velcro loop material on a portion of the inside of the towel that cleans the grooves while the microfiber finishes the job.Secondly, because the design is like a giant thimble, dirt and mud stays inside the towel. The outside of the towel stays relatively clean for other purposes, such as wiping your face.It is easy to clean in the washing machine - just turn it inside out.This does everything I need a towel to do. I can't think of anything to improve on it.

Great towel. helps to clean dirt/mud from the groves, then wipes of the rest of the club head very well all while keeping the dirt to the inside of the towel. Great for cleaning golf balls too. Like this much better than any other towel I've ever used. Gave them for xmas gifts as well.Update: After using the towel for a season the only change I would like to see is for a light weight piece of plastic or a s.s spring sewn into the opening that would hold it open (like a hoop). That way when clubs are really muddy/wet and windy, as was the case this spring, you could slide your club inside of the towel without having to hold the towel open keeping your hands cleaner and drier.

If you can't tell from the pictures, this towel is more like a bag, not the traditional flat piece of cloth you might be familiar with. The inside of the towel (bag) has an area with what I would compare to the "teeth" side of a velcro fastener, although these are larger than on typical velcro. As you insert and wipe the club, if you make sure the toothed part of the towel is applied to the face of the club, the teeth do a great job of getting into the grooves and getting the gunk out. A good portion of the towel does not have the teeth, so it is also useful for wiping a wet club as you would with a regular towel. This item really works, and is different than anything else I've tried.

I have used this towel several times now and I would say it is just OK. What would make the product excellent is if the towel had a lining that one could wet that would leave the outside of the towel dry. Using the towel let’s you wipe the Club off and clean the grooves with a little effort but the club is really not clean as it will leave behind grass stains and dirt stains. I still have to wipe my clubs off with a wet rag after playing to get them clean. It is a nice looking towel, just needs improvement, especially for the price. I was looking for a functional towel that would replace the reduction in quality of the new frogger towels. Guess the search continues or I will have to wet this one and deal with loss of the dry outside.

I mainly use towel for cleaning clubs and works really well. Personally I feel uncomfortable using it to wipe my hands as well as when the clubs are dry I use the outside to wipe them. I use the inside when it is muddy or really dirty. The only problem is me, I forget to get the inside of the towel wet 50% of the time. If there is one negative it is the carabiner is kind of weak. It stays on the bag but the I have to make sure I put it upside down so it doesn't fall off. I could easily replace but I'm lazy.

Durable and nice

I love this towel, I have the red one & it works great I don't use the outside for cleaning ball as I have a Masters Golf BallZee Ball Cleaner(which is brilliant, see my review) but it isgreat for drying hands & club grips. this towel comes into it's own when you want to clean your clubs, the inside has a microfibre section inside you just put the club face into the towel(it's like a woolly cap with a hook on the bobble end) & wipe the the dirt off it cleans the grooves easily & without scratching, one quick wipe & it's clean & ready for use, but the really fantastic bit is when you've finished your round give the towel a little rub & shake & all the dirt just drops off the microfirbres & it almost as clean as when you started. I've played 3 rounds with mine(& it's been wet 2 out of 3) & it still looks clean & does not need washing(my wife loves it)the clip that you use to fasten it on to your golf bag can be moved from the top to the bottom(so it looks like a hat hanging upside down) I find this way the easiest to use as the opening is hanging open & you can the slot club head in easier. I would give this towel 10 out of 5 if possible. This towel & the ball cleaner mentioned earlier has made my golfing so much easier & far less messy.

I love that there is an area of the towel inside that will clean the head of my clubs with a special material! I use it to clean my balls as well! It’s one unit rather than a separate towel, a ball washer, and a head cleaner!!

Good product that keeps the clubs clean. But when trying to wash, the grass won't come completely out as its wedged in the thick cleaning bit in the middle. But that don't affect the performance.

What I found to be a welcomed feature was this towels' ability to retain moisture for the entire round.
