Easy to swallow round tablets
I'm happy to find a simple to swallow round tablet rather than the elongated size so often sold in drug stores now.

Not chalky, coating makes them easy to swallow. Not too big, either. Recommended.

Take it daily for good health.
I take one daily because doctor said to. Can't see any benefit though, I just follow Dr. advice.

Heart palpitations / PVC
This caused me to have heart palpitations, more specifically Premature Ventricular Contractions (PVCs). Usually one or two is normal for everyone, but these were very frequent, multiple times per minute. It took some time to figure out what was causing it. The PVCs stopped a day after I stopped the supplement. Consult a physician before taking this.

Not good
My husband started taking these recently. He gets periodic CT scans due to an ostomy. The scan showed a large grouping of these supplements, only partially dissolved, accumulated in his intestine!
