Was incredibly happy that it was a small company making quality products
Purchased this as a gift for a, "do it yourself dad" who takes on all the projects. He hasn't been this excited about a tool since ratchet wrenches came out. After a few minutes he had it figured out and was impressed with its capabilities and the quality of the product. Was incredibly happy that it was a small company making quality products. More to follow after this gem tackles the back splash tile project.

Bought 2 of these as Christmas presents so I cannot evaluate the performance yet. That being said they arrived in a very timely fashion, were packaged well and appear as described. Bought one for my grandson because he's taking wood working in school this year and the other one for my husband so hopefully it can help him get my bedroom and bathroom finished. Looking forward to seeing evidence of using a great ruler!

Working an Angle...Get one...or two!
Great product. Quality construction. A must for any DIY home owner or remodeler. The thing I like the most is the etching of the measure increments. Any "other" angle finder tool I have used extensively, the number and marks come off. The knobs lock down hard so you can ensure repeatable angles no matter the circumstance. Highly recommended for the price!!

Bought this brand because I bent a metal ruler. I'm a subcontractor for finish work and this tool comes in very handy. I like the graphite arms over steel or aluminum because it doesn't scratch the matetial and won't bend. They seem tough, the knobs stay snug and don't slip and I like the storage bag and free pencil. Highly recommend these Black Fly rulers.

The Best!
Best Angle Ruler I've owned much stronger arms and quality knobs that actually stay snug. This is the 3rd ruler I've purchased "the other 2 broke" Yes I actually use my tools for carpentry and can say this is a well constructed set. I Plan on buying a second one for my son. Good job Black Fly.

Pleased with the packaging and the service.
This is a gift for a family member. The package arrived perfectly wrapped. All was intact. I quickly looked at the angle ruler all was well. But to say how well it holds up is to early to say. I appreciate the small business owner and made in America.
