Clarion has been bought out by another company what a nightmare to get this key pad then it doesn’t work no on has no answers I have the head unit which is clarion m608 I got for father day I wanted a key pad. The support line is a joke no one knows anything been going back and forth for like 9 months I still don’t have a key pad. Just very frustrating to go thru all this. Just thought I would share my story because it was a nightmare bottom line still not resolved!!!

Not a bad controller. Wish there were better instructions and a user guide.

I’ve had another Clarion round remote that seems way better constructed than this one. I had to purchase this one to replace my existing MW3 remote at the transom of my Mastercraft which was installed factory. The original LCD screen faded completely out and fogged up. Not by water but poor, UV protection. The new one doesn’t look like it’s been improved so most likely I might get a few years out of it and stuck replacing it again.
