Walkerswood Traditional Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, Hot & Spicy, 10 oz

Great on chicken. I marinated it overnight. The mild version still has a nice spice to it, but not overwhelmingly hot. I use more of it than what is called for on the label. It says "use sparingly" but I find it tastes much better to use enough to well coat each piece of chicken for marinade.

Delicious !! I have used this to make a stew and grill some chicken thighs. I love the level of spice. Good heat but not too hot. Cheaper on Amazon than in my local grocery store.

We live in a small city and could not find this anywhere! It came intact and I still have so much more to use!

Love this mix. It’s so flavorful. Make sure to refrigerate once open. It also has a spice to it. Not to strong but just a little kick.

Overall, I like it. It's not a very strong Jamaican flavor, it's like American Jamaican. As far as the spice level, it is mild, a slight kick of spice but it's mild and not constant. I wouldn't mind if it was a slight more hint of spice But it's the overall flavor not the spicyness that I wish was more Jamaican jerk flavor. I'm not Jamaican, I am a lover of the food and anything soul food related. I like it when this is under $4, usually it's over $8.I'm going to try some other Jamaican jerk seasonings And if I remember, I'll come back and report my favorites.Fyi. The Greens blend is nothing to write home about and not particularly flavorful in any way. It's an ok addition if you want but I didn't see any real enhancement flavor wise so I wouldn't purchase it again.

My family has been using this my whole life to marinate our jerk chicken! Definitely recommend to marinate your meat when cooking.

My husband's favorite sauce. He uses it on any meat he eats. It's fresh and delicious. And it's the perfect size, no waste in this house, lol. I have a household full of men!! My grown son's eat it with every thing!! A++++, two thumbs up.
