When I first got this product, I had an issue with the straw, and customer service was quick to reach out and make it right! They have an excellent customer service team! I love this water bottle! I love the color and how easy it is to open with the button feature on the lid. The filter is easy to put in, and it works great! I’ve drank so much more water since receiving this water bottle, which was my main goal. I was going through too many plastic water bottles in a day and would run out too quickly, but now I can have great tasting water any time. Before, I didn’t like drinking tap water, but now I can’t tell a difference to the purified water I was buying at the store. It does keep the water cold - I’ve left it on my nightstand with ice water and it’s cold the next morning. It fits in my car cup holder and it hasn’t leaked. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase!

It's easy to put together. My tap water is so bad but with this it not only makes it taste clean, the filter actually does its job on getting out all the harmful things. Now I don't have to buy a bunch of bottled water. I love the color. It really does keep the water cold. Everything about this bottle is great especially compared to the brita water bottle, I don't recommend buying brita!

I love this water bottle. It keeps my water cold for at least 15 hours. I put ice in it before I leave for work/teaching at 7am. At 4pm when I head home, there is still ice in my bottle - even after I added water in the middle of the day. It's helped me drink more water because the water doesn't taste weird, it tastes clean. It's always with me in my house and at work. Highly recommend.

The exterior has a nice look, color. Sturdy metal material. Cool thing is that you don't need to tip the bottle to drink, like drinking with a straw; however, it's not easy to get the water up the straw and through the filter. Still deciding if I will keep or return.

I am a big fan of these filtered water bottles. I have two larger bottles already that I use at work. I specifically bought this one (18.6 ounce) size to fit inside my mini Loungefly backpack. It fits perfectly! If you've been to the parks in Orlando, you know the purified bottled water is expensive. The parks can charge $4-5 for a 20 ounce bottle of purified water. The tap water in Orlando not only smells, but tastes weird. I drink a lot of water to stay hydrated while in the parks and like to save money to use toward other purchases. This water bottle has a strap that I could have used with a carabiner clip to attach to the outside of my bag if needed. I filled the bottle with ice and tap water from the hotel before going to the parks; and refilled often throughout the day. This bottle includes 3 tap water filters. Be sure to run the filter under water for a couple of minutes before initial use. I use a filter daily for one month before changing out. Water tastes great and no funny smell! Definitely a great purchase.

rec'd this yesterday. Beautiful lime green color almost translucent. Immediately fell in love with it. Just the right size for my trip in 5 months. Going to the islands where tap water is not best, so glad to have this with filter. Very easy to apply filter and it's too early to give more details,but water feels refreshed.

I bought the pink bottle and it’s subtle and pretty. Easy to put the filter into and easy to take apart and clean. I take another larger bottle to work also, to refill this one throughout the day. Very happy with it. The carry handle makes it easy to take on the go.

Al inicio tenía mis dudas pero cuando lo probé me encantó no deja sabor en el agua el cartucho se cambia cada dos meses por más cálido que esté el ambiente el agua la conserva fresca sin duda es una excelente opción

Lo compre para un viaje, lo único que veo por el momento es que es algo pesado
