Doesn't stay in ear
It's advertised as adjustable but there was really not much of one. I couldn't find a way to make it fit.

Junk Falls Apart in less than one day
These headsets are junk. The PTT button breaks apart on first day due to lousy cheap materials rendering the unit useless. I've gone thru three in a row on set (Film Technician here)Don't waste your money on these.Plus the lead from plug to ear piece is suitable for someone 5'0" and under. Anyone taller will struggle with this head set unless your walkie talkie is strapped to your chest!

Very good, a bit loud
The sound quality coming in is excellent and others hear me clearly. Fits in the ear well and has a good cord length. The only thing that I would prefer to be different is that even with my radio on minimum volume, the earpiece is very loud, making it hard to hear people talking to me face-to-face. Overall, an excellent earpiece.

Broke quick.
I loved this earpiece for the time I had it compared to others. I did have to switch ears everyday because it made my ears sore. The biggest issue though is that the cord ended up coming away from the earpiece exposing wire, shocking me and eventually stopped working all together after just a few weeks.
