Surge Protector Power Strip Tower with 5 USB Ports and Night Light

this is a perfect power stri. i bought 2, one for my frontroom and once i realized its usefullness i bought a second one for the kitchen. i can have all my appliances plugged in at the same time, and since each side has its own independent power switch, i can even plug in things like a rice cooker and have it powered off until i need it without disrupting power to the other apliances. the added feature of having USP ports on one corner gives an aditional option of plugging in a phone or ipad to keep charged while working in the kitchen and listening to podcasts or watching videos of recipes you are preparing. 4 sides with 3 plugs per side having their own power switch and 5 USB ports and a light on top make this a very very useful item for either a computer desk or kitchen or any place where you are limited on power outlets. the extra long cord is an aditional plus.

I just received the Passus Surge Protector Power Strip Tower with 5 USB ports & a 10’ extension cord. Prior to this tower I had 3 items connected on an extension cord. Two that needed to always be left on & I have another item that I’ve been leaving on because there was no option to cut it off without unplugging it each time after use. What excites me the most about my new surge protector is there are 4 sections with an on off switch. I’m also excited about the 10’ cord which was the option I picked. I have 1 appliance on a movable table, 1 on the kitchen counter top and 1 electric doggie water bowl on the floor connected to the tower. I am able to move my table without disturbing the other two items that are not on the table. The tower is also very attractive. I Love Love Love this tower!

Bought this for a friend and because of this, now I want to buy one. We will start with the basic stuff first, its got 3 outlets per side with 4 sides for a total of 12 outlets. They are positioned in a way I wish other surge protectors or power strips would go to as it makes them alot more convenient as you are able to plug in power blocks without the worry losing usage of an outlet due to it being covered by a block. Each set of 3 outlets are powered by a switch so you can turn off one set of outlets instead of the entire strip. Now for some cool features. On the top of this strip is a nightlight function. It has 3 settings, on, dim, off. On is the brightess that it will get and can light up a corner of the room. The block also has 5 USB charging ports. The top two are 5 amp output for faster charging of phones or handheld deviced as well as devices that need 5 amps of power to function. The bottom 3 provide 0 - 2.4 amps for items that cannot or does not need 5 amps of power. Please make sure to see what amperage your devices may need. Most items today have a regulator built into them to draw what power it needs so you dont destroy your device but some of the older devices out there that people still use do not have this and you can burn up your device...ask me how I know this....One final thing I might add is that this comes with a 10 foot cord which comes in handy when your just a few feet short from the outlet. You then have to get out an extension cord just to take up a few feet. Power is standard 110/125v US.

The only thing I don't like about this is the cords can be pulled unsettlingly easy. And unlike some of the others I've purchased in the past, this one's VERY lightweight, so would need double-sided tape or something to hold it in place.

Works well and cleaned up my mess of wires running everywhere.

I love this power strip. It has a bunch of outlets and usb ports. I LOVE that it has a built in night light on it. The night light has three settings so it can go from dim to light. This is a great value for the price. It has a long cord so it doesn’t have to be right by the wall outlet.
