How easy are the bottle to squeeze?

Not easy. I didn't like them because I wanted a mixing bottle and these are not

Can i purchase a replacement for the lid valve? We lost one during a washing. Thank you!

I bought four of these bottles, 2 of the lids later broke and leaked. I looked for replacements and I could not find any, so I threw them away . Later I did the same to the other 2. I would recommend you get the Gatorade bottles instead.
