Exceptional
This is one of the best reads I've had for a good while, I enjoyed it so much I just kept reading it from cover to cover, the characters were well thought out, very good storyline and better than the first book, which too was brilliant. Definitely looking for more of this man's work.

Quite good
This is an enjoyable series and I hope the author will release another entry soon. I definitely recommend both books.

It's averages out at a 4
For the most part, this book is a business acumen guide for management, with heavy doses of Psychology and Philosophy. Which I found to be as dull and painful to read as it sounds. The first half of the book isutterly devoid of any sense of adventure. There were large portions that I had to force myself to get through as I've unfortunately drained ku of most of its good litrpgs. If I hadn't I probably wouldn't have even bothered to finish it.With that being said I am glad I did. The last 20% of the book is brilliant. It still contains hints of excessive P'n'P like earlier in the book, but at least now it's interspersed with great swathes of comedy, action, and progression.

Great End for a great book
I enjoyed reading this book very much. Although compared to the first book this one contains a lot more philosophical themes. Personal introspection, what motivates you and life and job satisfaction. Don't worry the author doesn't use these words at all.Still a great read and I couldn't put it down.

Good continuation of previous book
Can’t put down, good second book. Want to read book 3 now.Ensure you look up previous characters, as someone else pointed out on Royal Road, such as Emily, Regent, Isabella and others in book 1.There isn’t a summary of book 1 at the beginning of the bookMC and other characters are explained and pacing/what’s happening is well done, compared to paper thin characters on say harem litrpg books I’ve read by others. Not sure of what else to add here right now. Comment on Royal Road if you have questions, this may help with further work I guess

Epic
Unlike what the title and cover suggest, this is genuinely epic... Epic fight scenes, epic choices, heroic last stands... This is a page turner.

I will be looking forward to further stories from this new author. Both books in the series are good reads with an interesting combination of humour, courage and discovery.

Outstanding continuation
The first book was a good find with its ups and downs. Yet this feels like a huge improvement in several aspects. Engaging, fun, charming and charming.

The wait was worth it.
Contrary to its funny name, the story is serious but at times light hearted. It tackles so many things.I loved some of the prose in this book. It was very nice to read and think about. Not often you would get books that can make you stop reading for a while and think. This book we learned so many interesting things regarding the system and other races.I also love how mature Arnold turned out and I felt sad for his grief. This story handles isekai theme very nicely.I will wait eagerly for book 3.
