Mini Projector with WiFi and Bluetooth, AKIYO 2026 Upgraded Projector 1080P

This is little but mighty - if you play a video the sound is more than you expect. Pretty good. once you connect your home WiFi and turn on screen share on your phone or iPad, it projects everything your looking at on your phone, photos and videos and all my apps !! I sketch out drawings to paint in a note book then I take a photo and project it on a canvas to paint!

UPDATE: 5/25 Asked the Amazon AI who says this unit has a ANSI 200 which I might have guessed much higher because the picture is clear... however I admit I have it located in a darkened bedroom. I finally used the Bluetooth to a very VERY high quality speaker and it sounds amazing except it's a fraction off timing. After about 15 minutes it becomes too distracting soI turn it back to the built in speaker. If there's a way to fix this, I'll update here. This would be my only complaint and I'm not sure it isn't the speaker. I played with the settings a bit and was pleasantly surprised at the customizations you can do with color and sound. I still can't believe what I paid for this. ($45) This little guy just might be underpriced! Shhhh! Did you know they will send you a free 100" screen just for asking? Since I wasn’t sure how much I’d enjoy the projector experience, I didn’t want to spend a lot—but I didn’t know that one had dull colors, terrible focus (I couldn’t even read captions), and visible lines running through the image. That’s actually what caught my eye with this projector: in the listing, they show how clean the image is—no lines. (See the photos in the listing above.) When I saw they were offering a discount, I decided to give it a shot—and I’m so glad I did. No, it’s not the same quality as a $1000 projector setup, but wow, the difference between this and that first piece of junk I bought was night and day—and for only about $20 more. Totally worth it! It’s small—about the size of a large watch box. My iPhone is actually longer than this little guy. I was surprised when I unboxed it because it looks bigger in the photos. It comes with a small tripod, or you can use the built-in screw leg to tilt it up if it’s sitting on a tabletop. It’s compact enough to fit in a makeup bag, purse, or briefcase—perfect for travel. The box it comes in also includes contact info, which is great in case you run into any setup issues—so don’t toss it! I also love that it supports Bluetooth speakers, though I haven’t tested that yet. The built-in speaker isn’t amazing, but it’s honestly decent—much better than that first one I tried. And if you want better sound, just connect your favorite Bluetooth speaker. Super easy fix. At this price, I might grab a second one for upstairs!

Works great! Only thing I will say is the base speaker volume is pretty low, but I had no problem hooking it to my speaker.

First entry: - At first, I couldn't get the projector to read my external drive. The projector would also randomly shut off the lamp when I would plug in a USB hub. I completely shut down the projector and plugged in again. Hub problem solved. I picked up a few flash drives and formatted them to FAT32 (my other drives are exfat or NTFS), this format was readable by the projector. USB read problem solved. I can now watch shows from USB drive, but the machine is very picky on which video file types it will play. The second entry will largely depend on support response. - Samsung Dex works with provided HDMI cable. Setup: Phone/Tablet>USB C hub>HDMI port. - Like other projectors at this price range, there are light artifacts. - Bluetooth lag cannot be remedied as there is no utility for Bluetooth audio offset. - Digital zoom is useful. Focusing the image manually is not too bad. - Screen mirroring works on Android phone and tablet. - Do not expect much from inbuilt speakers. - Setup is pretty simple, I didn't need it, but I read the manual anyway. - Sound quality over Bluetooth is okay. The inbuilt adjustments offers more Bass and Treble but will still make flat sounds. End of first entry. Second entry: -Customer service is remarkable.

Very easy to connect to my IPhone using screen mirroring. Picture was clear for being projected on a wall.

Update-30 days later and it crapped put on me. Worked surprisingly well. You will need to mirror your phone. If playing a video from Netflix, etc. then you will need an hdmi cable. Setup is fast and easy. Sound quality and picture quality is nice. Very lightweight and connects easily.

However, there are some issues with playback when streaming from certain devices to the projector. While it has WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, the wireless streaming experience can be inconsistent. There are occasional lags, especially when streaming high-resolution content, which can interrupt the viewing experience. For best results, I found that using a direct HDMI connection works much better in terms of stability and reduces lag. Overall, this projector is a good buy if you’re looking for something compact and versatile. Just be mindful of potential connectivity issues if you’re planning to use WiFi or Bluetooth to cast content from a phone or tablet.

I appreciate reading reviews and try to give as much feedback as possible myself. We have used this projector several times already and it works great. You do get what you pay for but if you are looking for something that has good picture quality, great sound, good connection to other devices, easy to use and at a low price…this is it. No issues so far but have only had it for a week. The kids wanted to watch movies at flexible locations and this was the device for us. Low cost, low risk, if it didn’t work, but so far it’s been great! Prons on my side: Great projection quality using the HDMI (laptop), good picture quality if screen mirroring tablet or phone. Great sound when connected to a Bluetooth speaker. Yes, it does connect to a Bluetooth speaker whether you are using a laptop with HDMI or screen mirroring IOS or Android devices. If something changes that merits updating my review, I do like to give credit where credit is due and vice versa.

I am honestly mind blown by the quality, connection options, the ease of it, the size of it, and the price ! I have a small bedroom and have spent months questioning how to get a tv in here without it being wall mounted etc, when I came across this. I took the chance and after reading up on all the connections you can make, from laptop, phone, firestick etc. I thought it’s worth a go?! I have plugged in a fire stick and away we go. It’s like being at the cinema, but for your everyday viewing ?! I love that I can easily take it on holiday. As It’s so compact and easy to use anywhere. The spinner on the side is ideal to get focus adjustment. I couldn’t recommend this more! I’m so happy! A great bargain option for small spaces, holidays etc. I can only but imagine what the expensive ones can do?! Because this is enough …

No es la gran calidad de imagen, no se enfoca toda la pantalla, tienes que elegir si quieres enfocar la parte de arriba o la de abajo y las orillas quedan desenfocadas pero con el tiempo te acostumbras, En una habitación donde no le de el sol directo y con cortinas se ve super bien y de noche se ve aun mejor! 100% lo recomiendo

Increíble calidad e imagen. Portátil, pequeño y facilísimo de usar. Va conectado al enchufe de la pared (no es recargable). Para conectarlo al móvil, con el mismo cable de carga del teléfono sirve y sale la imagen instantáneamente. Tiene una rueda en el lateral para ajustar la nitidez de la imagen. Sonido limpio y claro. Un súper descubrimiento y por un precio increíble. Mis niños van a alucinar estas vacaciones.
