Do I need to go under mobile home to install nut?

I cut an access hole in the drywall on the other side of the wall near the floor. I was able to install the nut from there. You can buy a factory access door that fits the opening and it is easily removed for future repairs.

This is for my bathtub so do we need to go under the trailer to put this on?
