Sturdy, reliable, easy to inflate. Stays inflated.
This ball was easy to manually inflate, and has maintained its firmness, so no leaks. Easy to grip. 8 wish it came in more colors. I use it when ever hip tendinopathy flare up. I can rest a knee on it while I sleep and it maintains a neutral angle. The cats are afraid of it, so I haven't been able to test its puncture resistance. The rottweiler went to the rainbow bridge, but I don't think that test would have been fair anyway.

Holds air for a long time.
Great yoga ball. I have used it several times while rehabbing both a back and leg injury. I like the size of it. Not too big, not too small. Holds air for a long time. I have had it for going on three years and have only refilled it twice.

Practical useful pain-free using this ball
Perfect for inner thigh ligaments. it is keeping my inner thigh alignment and now I have no pain in my outer thigh, it band, knee or calf and ankle. Use this everyday twice a day and can feel it doing its magic

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My husband needed this to continue his physical therapy from home however, he wasn't sure of the size and we found it to be good quality but too small for his needs.

Leg strength is vital as we age
I use for multiple purposes since I developed leg muscle weakness from a medication side effect. Happy this was available as well as other products used in Physical Therapy.

Flexibility
