is there a rack available that will let me lie underneath the largest version?

We have a stand that allows you to hang the panel horizontally and, therefore you'd be able to lie underneath it. This stand will be available on Amzon by the end of April 2023. Thank you for your interest in our products.

Since the light speeds out and you technically don't need strong lights for it to work, are the larger more powerful models even necessary?

If you value your time, and if you can afford it, get a high wattage unit that can cover large portions of your body. Unless you want to stand there all day, the low power models just don't cut it.

Is this a class 2 certified LED panel....?

I do not know what "class 2" means, but the sticker on the panel says "Certification CE RoHS FC" if that helps.
