Superbat SMA Connectors Right Angle SMA Female PCB Edge Mount Connector Solder RF Coaxial Adapter 10pcs

I ordered three sizes of the straight connector. Bigger ones are generally bigger than smaller ones, but none are with PCB tolerances. The bags are not labeled with sizes. The 0.062” ones fit snugly on an 0.051” PCB, and soldering the 0.062 to a standard PCB requires a bit of bridging. The 0.032” was closer to the right size. I expect a loose fit, but not that the solder will reflow and not make the connection. The connectors themselves once mounted are rough, but work okay for test bench purposes. Since these are for the test bench, and I can take the time to do the touch up, they will still work - but I won’t order them again.

Solid materials, takes solder well, does not fall apart with use or twisting, center plastic insulator does not melt when heated, but the center assembly (insulation and pin) rotate easily inside the enclosing base, which could be a feature or a flaw, depending on your intended use.

Works as expected.

NOT as advertised!The center conductors do not have a solder cup, there is merely a solid piece of metal with no real provision for mechanically affixing another conductor.I will have to VERY carefully drill the tiny pin to accept a conductor, or wrap it around the short tiny pin.I would return, but the hassle is not worth it to me versus the challenge of resolvingI am reminded of a clash song. Should I return or try to figure out a resolution?
