The product is just too plastic first of all the the knuckle by the clamp was so loose I had to super glue it which was fine I did and it still worked. Then the knuckle by the holder failed so I had to super glue that as well which made it very hard to go from Port to the landscape and then the ball broke did it used to rotate on within a day after that just not heavy duty enough for a car environment at least.

haven't had to adjust anything since install. use exercise bike 2-3 days a week, been a couple months.

The gooseneck where it attaches to the mount has become weakened and causes the phone to be quite wobbly. Minimal use.There’s no way to tighten where the gooseneck attaches to the mount. basically a useless device that I’m gonna have to throw out beyond the return period. Only a year old, Maybe used 5 times.

Been using this for awhile to use Zwift with a trainer on my road bike. It holds my tablet firmly and attaches to the handlebars firmly but the arm wobbles a bit when riding. Once I put it in the position I wanted it has stayed in that position but it shakes. There might not be any way of avoiding this when you have such a long arm and a relatively heavy tablet but I'd like it to be a bit more solid when trying to touch the tablet when in use. Overall it has been working fine, just that minor complaint.

The exercise bike we bought didn't have a ledge for a tablet - this works well. The only drawback is having to insert and remove the tablet every time, and that only happens when we need the tablet somewhere else. So it's a storage spot for the tablet.

Great for the stationary bike. Sturdy on the handlebars and the iPad is easy on easy off

Great, I don't use it for a bike. I have it in my art easel and can put my phone or tablet to see what I want to paint. It rotates easily and the clamp holds the tablet and phone weight well

Excelente soporte para iPad o teléfono. Personalmente lo uso más para el teléfono porque ahí veo la aplicación de hacer ejercicio sincronizada con el reloj para ver la frecuencia cardiaca y la distancia recorrida para lo cual lo recomiendo ampliamente es Super firme muy fácil de armar muy fácil de instalar y se puede mover de la bicicleta a la elíptica o al aparato de hacer remo etc. muy recomendable. Obviamente un iPad pesa más y se puede balancear con el movimiento de los pasos en la elíptica o en la bicicleta o en la caminadora. Pero como lo más frecuente es utilizar el teléfono porque ahí viene la aplicación de ejercicio en la aplicación de Salud con el teléfono no tiene ningún problema y es súper estable. Definitivamente lo recomiendo tanto así que me he comprado uno para cada aparato de ejercicio

It works great to hold my I pad while I spin. Very easy to attach.

The product is ok but overpriced . However, the description of the product in the title and on the front of the box is wrong. It says that the holder can hold sizes of 4” to 13”. The actual sizes are 5” to 11” (They are written in small fonts on the side of the box). Be careful.
