Handy Buddy on our boat. Works great as described. Will buy again.

I use for wrapping my non main line jug lines around. Holds about six with hooks pretty easy. Probably gonna make something similar out of pvc and a rubber sleeve or poll noodle.

As others have mentioned, this product is available significantly cheaper on outside sporting good retailers websites. I didn't realize there were actually different sizes available and it's my fault for not spending more time to research this fact. You can purchase the Tackle Buddy model that's double the size for about the same price as the tiny one sold here, or half the price for the smaller version.I was given a Tackle Buddy as a gift (larger size) several years and was so impressed that I decided to order more. These are incredibly handy and efficient for the type of fishing I do. From a small boat or kayak, having pre-rigged lines is invaluable.I almost exclusively shallow water fish the upper Texas coast, where the wind and waves make it difficult to near impossible to tie lines from a kayak or small skiff. To make matters worse, since reaching middle age, my eyesight isn't what it used to be and requires a set of cheaters to thread line through small hooks...bobbing up and down plus being wind whipped only compounds the problem. The Tackle Buddy allows me to peel off another lure and quick attach via a clip swivel.The rubber body appears to hold up well in salt air, where the quality is excellent. The core is hollow and fairly useless for anything other than a handful of spare soft plastics b/c there's a maze of sharp hooks poking through into the inner cavity. I'll just use the small version for live bait lines plus jig heads and then order a few more large Tackle Buddy's for all my lures. Overall, excellent product.

They fit perfectly and are real easy to use (Why didn't Camp Chef include these) The plugs in the bottom of the legs need to be removed, which can be done easily by sliding a dowel or broom handle, thanks to the previous writer with this tip. Love them, got another for my sons camp chef.
