I would highly recommend this product and company to anyone looking for a trampoline. We bought it for our kids for Christmas a few years ago and it’s been great. We recently had a few poles get bent and I contacted the company. I quickly received a response and sent them the list of parts needed and we received the new parts within a few days. Purchased for my kids for Christmas, knowing that we would not assemble until January or February at our new home, once the build was complete. I did not pay close attention to the delivery in December and discovered in February that FedEx had not delivered all 3 boxes we needed to build the trampoline. As the return window had closed, I thought for sure we would have trouble getting the box/parts we were missing. I was so pleasantly surprised them Zupapa customer service said they could send the missing box right away! Within 5 days we had the missing box and 2 happy kids. Thank you Zupapa for saving my kids Christmas present!

4 year update...Still in great condition. The net has held up great. the padding around the springs could use a replacement for cosmetic reasons, but overall definitely well worth the purchase. My kids still use this every day during the dry season.1 year later...The trampoline is still in amazing condition. The net holds up well and it's gone through a lot of abuse. It still zips up just fine. The ladder could be more secure, it keeps falling off. But only the littlest one uses the ladder anymore. And I could just go out there and bolt it on better. Kids still love it and it was definitely the best purchase of 2019.Just set up our 15' trampoline! First of all, it's huge. Apparently I'm really bad at judging dimensions. But it is plenty big enough for my 4 kids to jump on it together. It's incredibly easy to set up. I was a bit confused because the instructions seem to show the smaller end of the springs attaching to the frame but it's not possible. The frame was easy to set up by myself and I'm kind of gimpy. My husband came to check on me just in time to help me get the mat sprung. The easiest way is to attach every third or fourth spring. Once he did that I was able to finish attaching the rest of the mat myself. It was a good workout for a gimp like me but not difficult. The padding around the mat seemed to get bad reviews here. So I was pleasantly surprised to see what looks like a very well made padding. It's not thickly padded but it's not supposed to be. It's nice and firm and seems like it'll hold up well. Attaching it was a breeze and feels pretty snug and secure. I thought I'd need a hand with the netting so I asked my husband to help me. But really it was super easy. I could have done it myself. I just hate tedious tasks and attaching the poles with the clamps was torture for me. I'm too ADHD for that nonsense. It was easy, just tedious. I attached the caps to the netting poles and then the netting to the caps. That was the hardest part. Because I'm short and the mat is very bouncy. My husband laughed at me. A lot. Finally... Based on reviews I read I decided to start the weaving process half a foot from the beginning of the entrance of the net and started weaving it through. But it was so tedious and that rope is so long. (Tip: burn the ends of the rope to keep it from fraying). I made my husband do that part. We still had 3 feet of rope left once it was all secure. My kids tested it out and loved it. I expect that they'll bounce their hearts out through the summer. If I have any issues I'll update my review.

Bought the 12 ft trampoline for my son two years ago. Ran into small issue and outreaches to the manufacturer, I am amazed by their customer service. Quick response, identified issue, and sent replacement parts without question. Again, this is two years after I initially bought and installed the trampoline. I wish they delivered health care, I would work with this company without hesitation and buy their products again without hesitation!

My grandkids (ages 1, 3, and 6) love jumping on it, but the netting has already started to tear.

I spent a lot of time researching trampolines. While many others have great reviews, when I looked at the negative reviews of other trampoline brands they almost all centered around poor customer service when something broke or went wrong and how people were out hundreds of dollars. Zupapa kept having great reviews on all accounts, including customer service, so we went with this trampoline and we're glad we did.Not only does the trampoline feel very safe, sturdy, well built, good materials, and the best warranty we found, their customer service is outstanding. Through user error we had a jumper end up ripping off one of the net attachments to the pole. This made a large portion of the net fall into the middle of the trampoline and create an unsafe jumping experience.We reached out to Zupapa to get an estimate of replacing the net and they sent us one free of charge even though the damage was our fault and not a warranty issue. They were very responsive and made the process a breeze for us. In the days of having to fight with corporations and hold their feet to the fire to get any support, this was so welcome.I have such peace of mind that if anything does happen, our investment is protected and we'll be taken care of. In my mind, that's worth the little extra in price, which is also likely extra because they use quality materials.

My kid has this product for about four years, very good quality and when I needed spare parts, I contact them and Caroline was very nice, I got response from them in less than 24 hours and my parts were shipped to me in less than 3 days. I highly recommend this product by the quality and by the great support.

This has been a great trampoline. I bought it about 5 years ago and it’s still going strong. Both of my boys love it! I would recommend this product and seller! The after care service that I have received has been second to none. Lan at the company has been great and very helpful!! A great buy.

Large, fun - my kids had a great time. But the zip has broken after one year. Will update how it was fixed.Update: they sent a new net immediately! Amazing customer service - really impressed!

This is a great trampoline. easy to put up and great to use. its also just survived storm barney without any major problems.

Absolutely delighted, well constructed and looks like it will last.
