Will these fit in a Zero-Flush waterless urinal?

No...the EZ Trap Waterless Urinal Cartridge will NOT fit Zero-Flush brand of waterless urinals. The EZ Trap Cartridge is a direct fit for Sloan, Falcon, and Bobrick Waterless Urinals. One user reported that if you grind the side extensions a little bit it will fit to American Standard waterless urinals.

Can I use a deodorizer urinal screen with fragrance? Or will this mess with the blue sealant?

No blue sealant is needed with this Waterless Urinal Cartridge. You can use any urinal screen. The suggested maintenance for this waterless urinal screen is to clean with any cleaner or detergent at the end of the day and then flush 1 gallon of water down the waterless urinal to flush out any remaining urine.
