Doesn't feel like new!
I bought the black one.Too much minor scratches on the body!Very poor finishing, in my piece the neck part came with scratch like someone rubbed a sanding paper on it.Doesn't feel like I have bought new, like something you wanted to buy from long time and when you finally get it, you wanna cherish it and keep it close to you all-time, that feeling is gonePS. Allen key is not included in my pieceI'm just telling my experience with the product, maybe your product come with no defects like I mentioned above and sound wise it fulfilled all my expectations,and if you ask to buy it or not I would say definitely buy it.

Excellent product
Basic learning manual didn't provided but overall product...packing everything was great and music comes from the guitar it was too good...I want to buy Yamaha 280c but it is not fitting in my budget so I have purchased vault ea20 it is also providing the same quality of music...I loved it🥰
