Expensive but good product
Expensive. Easy to use, light weight and bit low power but suction is ok. I black and Decker 16v and it lasted for 7 years. I couldn't able to find replacement battery. This one is also good.

The capacity of the vaccum cleaner is very low
I personally dislike this product because it is even not sucking a bit of small piece of paper. The capacity of the instrument is very very low and i wanted to return the product. I have complained to the Black and Decker by email several times and i got the replay to contact Amazon for the replacement. I need a vacuum cleaner with high sucking capacity and blowing also. pl kindly do the needful to replace the vacuum cleaner since it is in the warranty period. I will bear the extra payment if any for the purchase of new instrument. i am a regular customer of Amazon and i think you will understand my problem. Thank you NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION VIA EMAIL FROM YOU....

Handy Vacum
Very handy vacuum and cleans well. We use it to clean our couch. When it's really dirty we have to use it twice.

Suction isn't as strong as expected
Without brush like accessories it is difficult to pick up debris from carpet or fabrics.

Nice vacuum cleaner, picks up all haor, small particles on the floor
The charging wire could have been slightly stronger and sturdier
