Easy to use, worked fast, quick relief
I have never used this kind of product before but wow it was so easy. I laid down on my left side on a towel, applied it, waited 15 minutes before trying to go (but it's suggested you wait longer to let it take effect so you aren't straining) and the product was very efficient. I will always keep these on hand moving forward and recommend it as well.

Best simple instant relief laxative product for my endomitriosis
I use this product for constipation caused by e endomitriosis flares. It doesn’t further activate my pain (usually) and is small and easy to figure out. These are small like the size of a lipstick or idk travel lotion- the saline ones are gigantic like a kids water bottle. Needless to say these are the best. MiraLAX chews give me terrible tummy craps, and the fleet glycerin capsules take way longer to work and I waste 30 mins to an hour. This is a packable & decently quick thing to use and go and dispose. I don’t get bad cramps from these unless I’m already having terrible cramps- then it’s game on unfortunately as many endometriosis, Adenomiosis EDS & otherwise fantastic gals know. I also take MiraLAX daily. Chia seeds- all that jazz. When I have my nerves acting up these can provide relief when I otherwise couldn’t without derailing my whole day. Give yourself plenty of time the first tries if you have that luxury so you know when your tummy toilet parade is truly done. If you’re on vacay and a in a pinch- just go for it! You’ll be relieved soon and life feels so much better without a ton of extra poo around.
