Good product for hearing aids.
Ordering these saved me time from having to go to doctor's office and buying them there. They are same make and type.

Fits!!!
For those of you that have different size ear canals, the split design works great. First set of cups that stay in.

One small drawback.
I have Jabra Behind-the-ears hearing aids that I got from Costco. I got these in case I lose one of the ones that came with the hearing aids. These look just like the OEM tulips and the only thing different is that in the OEM units, there is a bit of mesh. Maybe only cross-bits of silicone but they would block some wax from plugging the hearing aids. All in all these are fine. They fit exactly as the originals.

I have tiny ear canals. The round domes never fit quite right. These domes with their narrow shape fit perfectly!

For me, these are game changers
My audiologist sold me hearing aids with slotted domes. Their problems were that they kept sliding out of my ears, no matter which size I tried, and my hearing aids didn't provide the clarity I was looking for. Then, I tried some of these Power Domes , and things got mostly better. Once they were jammed into my ears, they stayed put. And my hearing aids seemed to amplify sounds better. However, they were uncomfortable after a while and made my ears feel... stuffed. Then, on a whim, I tried these, and everything got perfect. The sound from my hearing aids has never been clearer and the fit is comfortable, to the point that I usually can't feel that something's in my ears. If you're unhappy with the fit and performance of your hearing aids I would strongly suggest giving these a try.
